Qualifications

Experience coordinating or leading programmes in charity/education/youth settings.

Experience in monitoring and reporting to funders; using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver a portfolio of online and face-to-face programmes on time, within budget and meeting outcomes and funder requirements.
Embed participation and co-production so young people shape programmes and lead outreach to reach those facing barriers.
Integrate mentoring into participant journeys and engagement activities.
Maintain day-to-day relationships with schools, universities, employers and community organisations to create opportunities.
Test new programme models and keep programmes inclusive and accessible.
Ensure data collection is accurate and used to report impact and support funding applications.
Embed safeguarding and risk procedures in all activity.

Programmes Engagement and Impact lead - £32,000- £35,000 | 35 hours/week | Permanent

A wonderful opportunity for an experienced Participant Engagement and Impact Lead to join this inspirational charity which provides high impact programmes aimed at young people from under-represented backgrounds.

Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with 2 days remote working available. The other 3 days requiring to be in the offices based near Lewisham.

The Programmes Engagement and Impact Lead is a hands-on role, which leads on young person engagement, helps shape programmes, coordinates and facilitates delivery of programmes, coordinating with Partners - schools, university employers and community organisations.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate: Coordinating or leading programmes in a charity, education, youth or community setting; engaging young people or participants (outreach, recruitment, retention); monitoring, evaluation and learning, including funder reporting; and using digital platforms or CRM systems.

Reporting into the Head of Programmes and Impact, responsibilities include:

Coordinate and deliver a portfolio of online and face-to-face programmes to a high standard, on time and in line with outcomes, funder requirements and budgets
Embed participation and co-production so young people shape programmes, and lead outreach and recruitment to reach those facing barriers
Integrate mentoring, engagement into participant journeys
Manage day-to-day relationships with schools, universities, employers and community organisations, creating education, employment and work experience opportunities
Test new programme models and keep programmes inclusive, accessible and participant-centred
Ensure data is collected accurately and use it, alongside participant insight, to report impact and support funding applications
Embed safeguarding and risk procedures in all activity
