Mencap is offering an Education Centre Manager role to lead our Supported Internships Programme in Staffordshire. You will manage a team, deliver curriculum-aligned activities and secure high-quality learning outcomes for young people with EHCPs.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and self-motivated Education Centre Manager to manage our Supported Internships Programme in Staffordshire.
This position is full time, 22.5 hours per week, job share, Monday - Friday.
The successful candidate will lead and manage a team to deliver Supported Internships to young people in Staffordshire who have an Education Health and Care Plan. They will ensure that the programme is delivered to the agreed curriculum, frameworks and methodology and ensure they meet internal and external standards for quality and impact. This includes Ofsted and ESFA criteria. The role would suit someone with an educational/teaching background who has experience of managing similar projects.
