Explore Learning is seeking an inspiring supervisor to support the daily running of a thriving education centre in Chelmsford. You will work with the Centre Manager to lead Tutors and grow the centre by attracting new members and delivering exceptional service for families.

We promote career development; many Centre Managers started as Supervisors. If you enjoy solving problems and making a real difference, this role offers strong progression and a hands-on leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational leadership or centre management.
• Ability to coach and develop teaching staff.
• Strong communication skills with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships and events.
• Maximise profitability through debt and revenue management and staff efficiency.
• Deliver excellent family and member experiences from enquiry to progress.
