Explore Learning Ltd seeks an inspiring Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre in Swindon. You’ll work with the Centre Manager to grow membership, deliver great family experiences and lead a Tutor team, while ensuring safeguarding and efficient operations.

You’ll balance hands-on leadership with practical centre management, coaching staff, engaging with families, and driving local outreach. This role offers a competitive salary and progression opportunities.

• Lead, coach and develop Tutor teams to deliver outstanding learning.
• Champion safeguarding and child wellbeing in the centre.
