Hire Ground is assisting a respected professional membership organisation in London to recruit an Education Administrator. The role focuses on organised, proactive administration and strong customer service for delegates, members and stakeholders.
You will support examination processes, training programme administration and online sessions, while maintaining CRM/LMS records and handling enquiries. The position is full-time, hybrid in London with two days in the office.

You will act as an important point of contact for delegates, members, volunteers and external stakeholders, ensuring they receive a professional and high-quality customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Support the delivery of professional examinations, including pre- and post-examination administration.
Coordinate the administration of training programmes, including delegate enrolment, communications and online sessions.
Set up and support webinars, virtual training and expert-led sessions using platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
Maintain accurate records across CRM, learning management and other online systems.
Respond to enquiries via email and telephone, resolving queries or escalating where appropriate.
Process bookings, cancellations, transfers, refunds and payments, liaising with Finance as required.
Support committees and the Board of Examiners, including meetings, agendas, minutes, attendance and follow-up actions.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing several priorities and deadlines at once.
You will ideally have some experience in administration, great customer service skills and enjoy working in a small, collaborative team.
Starting salary £25K plus excellent benefits.
