Job summary

Certus Recruitment Group is working with a fast-growing global EdTech company to hire a driven SDR in the UK. The role is hybrid in London, focusing on outreach to senior school leaders and converting engaged leads into qualified meetings.

You'll join a mission-led team, with commission-based rewards and a clear pathway into Business Development roles. Ideal for fresh graduates or those with 6+ months in calling/emailing roles.

Qualifications

• University degree required for written/verbal fluency.
• 6+ months experience in calling or emailing roles.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Strategic mindset to spot trends and optimise outreach.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to senior school leaders (Assistant Heads, Heads of PSHE).
• Run targeted email campaigns and make ~45 calls/day.
• Book qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
• Work with engaged leads – no cold calling.
• Contribute to a goal of 80 meetings per term.
• Attend and manage Conferences and Tradeshows (UK & EMEA).
