Responsibilities

• Drive new business conversations through high‑volume outbound prospecting.
• Learn to communicate with business leaders across startups to global companies.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, challenges, and priorities.
• Stay organized and manage outreach activity in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Collaborate with teammates, managers and clients to share insights and progress.
• Represent EngageTech professionally as a first contact for prospects.
