Zen Educate, based in London, is hiring a data analyst to own the analysis and drive actions from insights. You’ll build models, perform advanced spreadsheet work, and use SQL to inform how we recruit and place teachers across schools.

Reporting to the Head of Candidate Success in a small, senior team, you’ll have unusual ownership and direct access to leadership with no layers between you and decisions. Ideal background: 2–5 years in consulting, private equity, investing, or high-growth

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, private equity, investing, or high-growth startups.
• Demonstrated strong performance and analytical ability.
• Strong mathematical ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the analysis and drive actions based on findings.
• Build models and perform advanced spreadsheet work; SQL is a strong advantage.
• Collaborate with regional leads and account managers to inform decisions.
