Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Greater London to partner with product, marketing and growth teams, turning large datasets into actionable insights that drive retention, engagement and commercial performance. You'll analyse customer journeys and funnels, build KPI dashboards, and develop LTV and churn analyses.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in digital, customer, or product analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with cohort analysis and experimentation.
• Familiarity with web or app analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer journeys and user behaviour to drive improvements.
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting.
• Deliver customer, product, and subscription analytics.
• Develop LTV and churn analysis to support strategy.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth on measurement frameworks.
• Present insights to stakeholders.
