Join a leading financial services organisation at the heart of a strategic data transformation programme. We’re looking for an experienced EDM Support Analyst to provide crucial support and optimisation for a key enterprise data management platform underpinning critical investment operations.
The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-impact data programme modernising and simplifying how investment-related data is sourced, mastered, and distributed. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across IT and investment teams, supporting a managed data service that replaces a legacy in-house system.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Maintain and monitor an enterprise EDM platform to ensure high availability and performance
Troubleshoot issues and support end-users, including investment analysts and portfolio managers
Implement enhancements driven by business and regulatory needs
Deliver training and create technical documentation for effective user engagement
Collaborate in agile and waterfall environments, contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing
What We’re Looking For:
Deep understanding of data used in investment operations (pricing, securities, entity data)
Experience working with market data vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, LSEG, ICE)
Strong SQL Server and Windows Server skills
Previous involvement in both project and BAU data initiatives
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong communication and documentation abilities
