Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a litigation support specialist to provide high-level assistance on litigation and transactional matters within the Technology department, supported by the PSS team.

You will consult attorneys and staff on discovery projects, coordinate collections, productions, depositions, and trial presentations, and collaborate closely with the Forensic Analyst and vendors to ensure proper data collection.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-discovery and the EDRM framework.
• Proficient with Relativity.
• Strong project management and consulting skills supporting legal teams.
• Technical experience in legal tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for litigation and transactional matters with PSS within Technology.
• Consult attorneys, paralegals and staff on discovery projects.
• Coordinate collections, productions, depositions, and trial presentations.
• Act as liaison between Practice Support Center and Practice Technology Consulting.
• Work with Forensic Analyst or vendors to ensure proper data collection.
• Follow protocols and best practices for ESI processing.
• Provide training and support on document review databases.
• Create quality control processes to deliver high-quality work product.
