Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Practice Support Analyst to join its Technology department, located in London or Manchester with hybrid/office presence. You will support litigation and transactional matters, coordinating with attorneys, paralegals and staff on e‑discovery projects and production workflows.

You will train and support teams on document review databases and practice support tools while promoting efficient workflows and high quality outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience supporting attorneys and staff with e‑discovery projects.
• Strong knowledge of ESI processing, TAR, and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Practice Support Center and Technology Consulting teams.
• Coordinate data collection, processing, and productions with vendors.
• Provide training on RelativityOne and related tools to staff and clients.
• Develop quality control processes to ensure high standards.
• Support project management and client communications.
