Job summary

Digital Data Foundation in London is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Analyst to provide expert support for eDiscovery applications and systems within the practice.

You will design databases for review, production and analysis, manage requests for new databases in Concordance, Relativity, Ringtail, Axcelerate, and offer technical guidance on litigation technology.

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level with prior experience in litigation support and a thorough understanding of relational databases, litigation support related software and technology.
  • Native litigation review database applications, e.g. Relativity, Concordance, Trial Director, Magnum, Ringtail, Axcelerate and others are required.
  • Information governance and records management life-cycle principles.
  • Working knowledge of corporate enterprise infrastructure and technology platforms.
  • Litigation preparedness and response, including electronic discovery and related support.

James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a Litigation Support Analyst to provide support of litigation practice support applications & systems as part of the eDiscovery group

Responsibilities

Support litigation and eDiscovery colleagues and legal teams with all aspects of litigation support from case inception through to trial;

  • Design litigation databases to manage litigation data for review, production, and analysis.
  • Action requests for new or modified databases created using litigation applications; Concordance, Relativity, Ringtail, Axcelerate.
  • Technical support and advice related to litigation technology and electronic discovery.
  • Execute document indexes and perform keyword searches.
  • Developing document review protocols, searching, testing and sampling and aspects of litigation document review and production.
  • Stay current on E-Discovery and litigation support technologies, as well as litigation support and E-Discovery vendor relationships.
Experience

Educated to degree level with prior experience in litigation support amd a thorough understanding of relational databases, litigation support related software and technology and the fundamentals of desktop and network operating systems.

  • Native litigation review database applications, e.g. Relativity, Concordance, Trial Director, Magnum, Ringtail, Axcelerate and others required.
  • Information governance and records management life-cycle principles.
  • Working knowledge of corporate enterprise infrastructure and technology platforms.
  • Litigation preparedness and response, including electronic discovery and related support.
  • Technical knowledge of the latest information technology tools and standards to support enterprise information management, as well as advancing technology and applications in data analytics.
