Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to lead Relativity engagements within our legal technology team. You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and advise on best practices to ensure timely, high-quality results.

You will coordinate with production staff, monitor multiple projects, and identify potential issues before they arise, driving continuous improvement across engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Relativity is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of eDiscovery project management experience.
• Experience in client-facing project management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of Relativity projects and full project lifecycle.
• Track delivery schedules, ensure quality assurance and manage scope changes.
• Communicate with clients and proactively offer solutions to improve workflows.
• Support in closing new business by attending client meetings with sales teams.
• Delegate tasks to junior PM/Hosting members for development and growth.
• Participate in process improvements and development initiatives.
