Candidates should have practical experience in drainage work, a full UK driving license, and the ability to manage tasks effectively. The position offers a starting salary of £40,000 and comes with a company van, uniform, and office support.

Qualifications

• Practical experience as a drainage engineer or multi-skilled engineer handling drainage work.
• Confidence clearing common blockages and identifying recurring drainage problems.
• Experience using drainage equipment such as rods, jetting equipment or CCTV inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Attend domestic and light commercial drainage jobs, including blockages and drainage issues.
• Use appropriate equipment to diagnose and clear drainage problems safely.
• Carry out practical drainage repair and maintenance work as required.
• Explain findings clearly to customers and recommend next steps.
• Manage urgent reactive jobs while keeping workmanship tidy and professional.

Skills
