Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking an EDI Integration Analyst to manage EDI connectivity, ensure accurate translation, and monitor transmission health across trading partners. You will onboard partners end-to-end, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to migrating workloads to Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) as the strategic platform.

You will collaborate with EDI engineers and gain depth in CIC, VLTrader, and TMWSuite while growing toward senior integration engineering.

Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of EDI and ANSI X12 sets (e.g., 204/210/214/810/856/990).
• Experience in EDI operations, integration support, or partner coordination.
• Understanding of connectivity methods—FTP/SFTP/VAN.
• Ability to diagnose data, mapping, connectivity, or partner-side issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to interact with external partners.
• Organized with thorough ticket documentation and proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EDI queues and transmission health; resolve issues before impact.
• Establish partner connectivity and configure mapping per specs.
• Onboard trading partners end-to-end: setup, mapping, testing, cutover, monitoring.
• Troubleshoot EDI processes; identify root causes and escalate when needed.
• Communicate onboarding progress and issue resolutions with partners.
• Support CIC migration; grow CIC capability over time.
• Own EDI tickets through full lifecycle in the ticketing system.
