Job summary

Bis Henderson in Coventry area is seeking a Systems Support & EDI Analyst to support business-critical systems, manage EDI integrations, and ensure data integrity across the organisation. You will work with IT, operations, suppliers and partners, provide hands-on support, investigate issues and drive improvements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with data handling, system documentation and large integration projects.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data-handling skills with attention to detail.
• Experience investigating and resolving technical, system and data issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts.

• Experience documenting systems, processes and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for business-critical applications and systems.
• Investigate system issues, identify root causes and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage user access, permissions and system configurations.
• Support system upgrades, testing, patches and change deployments.
• Act as a key point of contact for system queries and user support.
• Monitor and maintain EDI transactions, interfaces and integrations.
• Support implementation of new EDI integrations with customers & suppliers.
• Investigate EDI errors, transmission failures and data discrepancies.
• Work with internal teams, vendors and trading partners to resolve issues.
• Validate and reconcile data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain system, EDI and process documentation.
• Support data cleansing, migrations, imports/exports/transforms.
• Maintain product/SKU master data across systems.
• Produce reports and data extracts for operations and strategy.
• Identify recurring data quality issues and implement improvements.
• Look for opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work.
