Job summary

Modis International Ltd is seeking a hands-on Systems Lead to join a technology team supporting and developing a broad range of business systems, integrations and digital platforms. The role blends integration, development, ETL and technical support across multiple platforms.

Hybrid Contract in West Yorkshire. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, define integration requirements with customers and act as a technical escalation point for systems, platforms and integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across multiple technologies and platforms.
• Experience with EDI and integrations using XML, CSV and JSON.
• Strong SQL/MS SQL Server and ETL knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop EDI and integrations using XML, CSV and JSON.
• Develop and maintain scripts in PHP, TypeScript and PowerShell.
• Build and maintain Pentaho ETL transformations.
• Work with REST APIs, webhooks and MS SQL Server.
• Support internal PHP/web platforms and digital solutions.
• Troubleshoot customer, supplier and internal system issues.
• Define integration requirements with customers and manage onboarding.
• Act as a technical escalation point for systems, platforms and integrations.

This is a varied technical role combining integration, development, ETL and technical support. You'll work across multiple platforms, troubleshoot complex issues and help ensure critical systems and integrations operate effectively.
