Job summary

WD-40 Company in Milton Keynes, UK (hybrid) is seeking a senior architect to evolve how our core technology environment connects ERP to all systems. You will lead EDI and integration modernization, guiding a cross‑regional team across the UK and US to deliver a roadmap-driven transformation.

You will collaborate with solutions architects to define what it takes to build the right architecture, using real technical grounding rather than guesswork, and ensuring alignment across regions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fluency with iPaaS platforms and where that technology is headed.
• Understanding of integrations and EDI; know when to use iPaaS vs point-to-point or Azure Data Factory.
• Track record of building a roadmap and completing it with a solid evaluation framework.
• Leadership style that connects people, teams and technologies beyond silos.
• Epicor Kinetic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture connecting our ERP to every system plugged into it - EDI, iPaaS, custom integrations, ISVs.
• Lead a 12-18 month project to evaluate, select, and modernize the EDI and integration technology our business runs on.
• Lead a technical architect and a team of EDI/integration specialists across the UK and US.
• Sit across from a solutions architect and articulate what it takes to build it right with real technical grounding.
• Tie together how WD-40's systems work across every region.
