Job summary

ASTREYA ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Security Operations Lead to oversee edge and data center security, ensuring alignment with policies and compliance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage access control, CCTV, and incident response across multiple sites.

The role requires strong vendor management, incident handling, and the ability to drive improvements in security operations and controls across distributed environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, physical security, or infrastructure security.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across time zones in a fast-paced context.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
• Experience with incident response, access control, and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations for edge and data center environments in alignment with policies and standards.
• Oversee physical security policies, procedures, and operating controls.
• Serve as incident response point of contact for internal teams and vendors.
• Manage access requests and maintain audit-ready access control records.
• Oversee CCTV, log reviews, and site security readiness activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Compliance, and Engineering to support secure site operations.
• Maintain ticketing records and drive process improvements and SOPs.
