As a Commis Chef at The Cadogan, you will join our fantastic Kitchen team who look after each other, our amazing property, and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include

1. Assisting the Chef de Partie in meal preparation.
2. Monitoring portion control and quantities of preparation to minimise waste.
3. Preparing ingredients for the meal service.
4. Maintaining a clean and safe work area, including handling knives and kitchen equipment safely.
5. Complying with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
