About Park Hyatt London River Thames

Offering 203 spacious rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite, with stunning city and river views. Located in the heart of London near attractions like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and Kings Road, the hotel features exquisite dining options, state-of-the-art event spaces, and a luxurious spa with relaxation lounges, spa rooms, and an indoor pool.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Commis Chef
  • Learning and practicing various cooking methods under the supervision of senior chefs.
  • Regularly cleaning and sanitizing kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment.
  • Performing tasks as directed by senior chefs, such as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, to assist in meal preparation.
  • Helping to receive, check, and store deliveries of fresh food and supplies.
  • Observing and participating in different sections of the kitchen to gain comprehensive knowledge.
About You

Proven experience in culinary operations, with a strong willingness to learn and support the kitchen team. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and a commitment to food safety and hygiene standards are essential.
