As a Commis Chef at The Cadogan, you will join our fantastic Kitchen team who look after each other, our property, and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Assisting the Chef de Partie in meal preparation.
• Monitoring portion control and quantities of preparation to minimise waste.
• Preparing ingredients for the meal service.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area, including handling knives and kitchen equipment safely.
• Complying with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
