Job Opportunity: Business Development Executive

If you enjoy the chase and hunt for new business opportunities, and want to work for a flexible company offering a range of services that save customers thousands of pounds, then we have an interesting role to discuss.

The organization we're recruiting for is an international business in the security sector, providing a wide range of services, both manned and unmanned, to protect remote construction sites, empty properties, and various other situations.

Role Details
  1. Location: Hybrid role based in NE Birmingham, with an initial training period. Post-training, you will be encouraged to meet with potential clients and customers as much as possible, sourcing opportunities and booking meetings. You will spend 2-3 days in the office.
  2. Responsibilities: Building your client base, managing accounts, and closing deals. The sales process can take up to 6 months, requiring patience and excellent client management skills.
  3. Ideal Candidates: Experience in selling services to government sectors such as local authorities, public sector, housing associations, NHS, and police. Candidates from security, debt/property enforcement, fire solutions, or experienced services sales professionals are also encouraged to apply.
