The Civil Nuclear Constabulary is seeking a part-time Operational Support Officer to provide efficient support services. This role involves administrative tasks such as booking venues and managing paperwork, while also serving as the first point of contact for inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to pursue Business Administration qualifications.

Salary up to £28,531 per annum (full-time equivalent) plus a generous benefits package

We are seeking an Operational Support Officer to provide efficient and effective support services. You’ll be the first point of contact for business-related inquiries, gaining in-depth knowledge of the organisation and its processes while working with internal and external collaborators and customers. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks such as venue, travel, and equipment booking, preparing paperwork, and using our systems to generate reports and forecasts. You will collaborate with colleagues to build relationships across the organisation, manage suppliers, and handle purchase orders and financial requests.

This role is part-time, working 18.5 hours per week. Your preferred working pattern can be discussed at interview and offer stage.
