An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer (Level 2) to provide dedicated business support between Town Hall Extension and Alex House.
About the Candidate
We are looking for a highly organized individual capable of providing confidential, accurate, and timely administrative duties. The candidate should be committed to teamwork, proactive, able to manage workload independently, and show initiative and responsiveness to service needs.
The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in minute taking, knowledge of IT packages including Microsoft Office, and possess good keyboard skills. Effective communication and strong written skills are essential for interacting with internal and external partners.
