The primary purpose of the Customer Account Manager (CAM) role is to develop and manage relationships with an agreed set of Tenders Direct UK & Norway (TD) customers by providing effective proactive and reactive support. The CAM helps define and implement customer care processes and measures to maximize customer retention and support cross-sell/upsell activities, aligned with PTL business objectives.
Within the TD team, the CAM is responsible for their assigned customers, ensuring they receive maximum value and an excellent customer experience in line with KPIs and targets. The CAM collaborates with colleagues across teams to leverage knowledge, contribute to product development, and monitor competitor activity.
