What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Architect and execute a global CRM strategy aligned with ambitious growth targets.
- Build and optimise multi-channel customer journeys (email, push, in-app, SMS, etc.) with a focus on mobile-first execution.
- Develop advanced segmentation and personalisation strategies that enhance engagement and retention at scale.
- Partner with Martech to enhance the CRM tech stack and unlock automation and optimisation opportunities.
- Lead experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous improvement across all campaigns.
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to prove ROI and business impact.
- Manage and mentor a growing team to deliver best-in-class campaigns and initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading CRM in a mobile-first B2C or consumer app environment.
- Strong international experience—you’ve worked across multiple regions and understand how to tailor strategies for different markets.
- Deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and automation.
- Commercial mindset—you know how to turn CRM into a revenue growth lever.
- Solid experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Data teams.
- Strong leadership skills—you’re confident building and empowering a team to deliver at pace.
- Experience in a regulated industry (financial services, fintech, or similar) is a plus, but not essential.
