We are currently looking for a full-time Website Manager to join our team and work closely with our Marketing Manager. We are seeking someone who is equally passionate about the creative and technical aspects of digital marketing.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on professional who thrives on both the creative and technical sides of the field. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our WordPress website (built with Elementor), enhance visibility through SEO best practices, and drive high-quality traffic via targeted Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the company website using WordPress and Elementor
• Optimise website content, meta tags, structure, and page speed to boost organic search rankings
• Perform regular SEO audits and implement strategies to improve site performance
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping (as applicable)
• Monitor ad performance and budgets, providing data-driven reports and insights
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to align the website with brand messaging and seasonal campaigns
• Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the overall brand identity and user journey goals
• Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm updates in digital marketing

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing WordPress websites, preferably with Elementor
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
• Direct experience in building, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements
• A keen eye for design and user experience, with meticulous attention to detail
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple digital platforms

• Experience within the interiors or bathroom design industry
