Since launching our website salvationist.org.uk in May, we have seen a significant increase in engagement. The post holder will be responsible for developing and managing the performance and content of salvationist.org.uk, maximizing its potential for discipleship and evangelism.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about digital evangelism, discipleship, and Christian community. It offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams across a large church and charity, supporting vulnerable and marginalized individuals affected by homelessness, poverty, addiction, modern slavery, unemployment, debt, and isolation.
We are seeking a creative digital communicator skilled in website development and management to help elevate our vision of engaging church members and encouraging exploration of faith with The Salvation Army.
This is a permanent role based at our modern headquarters at Denmark Hill, London, SE5 8FJ. Employees are expected to attend the office at least 40% of the time each month, with flexibility to accommodate individual and team needs.
This role requires the candidate to be a committed and practising Christian and to be in sympathy with the doctrines, purposes, and objectives of The Salvation Army.
