Location: Hybrid (1-2 times per month in Oxford)

Salary: Up to £70k + bonuses

We've partnered with an Oxford-based AI start-up that is transforming developer tools. As they continue to grow, they are expanding their pre-sales function and are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join the team.

About You

You come from a Java development background and are eager to work in a start-up or scale-up environment. You possess a deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), DevOps, and DORA metrics. You are confident in presenting in both business and technical settings. You can write code yourself but also enjoy communicating with stakeholders, helping customers understand what is feasible, and planning the delivery process.

Key Requirements

• Computer Science degree with Java development experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and DORA metrics
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Comfortable delivering product demos to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in a B2B product environment within a start-up/scale-up
