Senior Brand Experience Manager
As the Senior Brand Experience Manager, you will take full responsibility for our global, integrated marketing communications plan spanning all online and offline activities for our Postgraduate portfolio, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital and print channels. Reporting to the Head of Experience, you will be part of the Experience Team and collaborate closely with other Brand Experience Managers to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. This includes digital and print communication strategies, paid campaigns, and personalized email content strategies. You will own campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement to ensure brand growth and results.
This is a London-based hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for a global, integrated marketing communications plan spanning all online and offline activities for the candidate journey, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital and print channels.
- Possess specialist experience in digital, social, and campaign management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Content, Digital, BI, Marketing Automation, and Events, to deliver consistent and compelling brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of brand campaigns, from briefing and planning through to execution and performance analysis.
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Partner with the BI and MAT teams to track and report on KPIs, including inquiries, applications, and other conversion metrics.
- Drive audience segmentation strategies, ensuring targeted and personalized marketing approaches that align with candidate needs and program objectives.
- Manage the creation and delivery of print materials, including brochures and other collateral, as part of an integrated marketing approach.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Automation Team to develop and refine personalized email content strategies and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with broader business strategies and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Conduct user/audience research and gather insights to better understand audience needs and improve personalization and messaging effectiveness.
- Implement testing methodologies (e.g., A/B testing) to continuously optimize campaign performance and engagement.
- Provide strategic leadership on brand experience, guiding senior stakeholders on best practices and innovations in marketing.
- Elevate Hult's brand awareness and reputation by ensuring all marketing initiatives align with and clearly communicate Hult's mission and values.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to keep our brand innovative and competitive.

Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, or campaign management.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Jira (or similar).
- Experience with CRM platforms like StoryBlok, analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Hotjar (or similar).
- Experience managing both print and digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of UX and experience with Figma (desirable).
- Experience using AI tools (desirable).
- Knowledge of higher education (desirable).
