Marketing Administrator
Mansfield
Monday Friday 8:30am 5:00pm Office Based
GBP24,000 - GBP26,000


Are you looking to take the next step in your marketing career? We re working with a fantastic company in Mansfield that s looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Marketing Administrator to join their team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with marketing experience who s eager to be hands-on across a variety of campaigns, digital channels, and event activity all while gaining valuable exposure to every corner of a growing marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the companies social media presence across key platforms
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns via CRM and email tools
  • Assist in organising company events, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Maintain and update the company website, including product listings and promotional content
  • Collaborate with customer service to handle incoming enquiries when required
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support campaign planning


What We re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a marketing or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of SEO, email marketing, and paid social media analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and a problem solver
  • Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
