We’re looking for a confident, experienced Sales Representative to join our small fractional sales consultancy based in Derby on a self-employed, commission-only basis.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys prospecting, outreach, and booking quality meetings – not closing. If you’re proactive and people-focused, this could be a flexible and rewarding opportunity.

About Us:

We’re a small, friendly fractional sales consultancy helping businesses outsource their sales function. We focus on driving real results for our clients, and now we’re looking for someone to help us connect with even more businesses who need what we offer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•Identifying and researching potential businesses that could benefit from outsourced sales.

•Reaching out via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce our services.

•Booking qualified meetings for our consultants to handle.

•Keeping clear, accurate notes on your outreach and follow-ups.

Important:

•You won’t be responsible for closing deals – that’s handled by our internal team.

•Commission is paid on each closed deal you’ve helped generate – once the contract is signed and the first payment is received.

•Commission structure will be explained during interview.

What We’re Looking For:

•Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.

•Excellent communication skills and professional conduct.

•Self-motivated, organised, and results-focused.

•Ideally based in the East Midlands (due to our target market), but this role is fully remote.
