Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

As our Junior Brand Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for brands such as adidas, Birkenstock, and Dr Martens. You will work closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to serve as the main contact between external brands and internal stakeholders. The brand marketing team is responsible for delivering outstanding marketing campaigns that engage consumers through the OFFICE lens, driving positive ROI and incremental sales.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to deliver omni-channel marketing activities, including digital campaigns, retail moments, and experiential events.
  2. Organize and attend brand photo shoots and events, coordinating seasonal campaigns and representing OFFICE.
  3. Prepare detailed and creative reports for brands and internal stakeholders regularly and efficiently.
  4. Write copy for blogs, emails, and campaign materials, utilizing insights from the ecommerce team.
  5. Maintain regular communication with external brands, including weekly meetings.
  6. Participate in seasonal kick-off meetings to gather key messaging for campaigns, ensuring alignment with OFFICE's tone of voice.
  7. Work with the social media team to develop strategies and execute brand campaigns.
  8. Identify and facilitate opportunities for press coverage.
  9. Ensure all external communication reflects the OFFICE tone of voice and resonates with our consumers.
  10. Build and update seasonal consumer profiles using insights and trend research.
  11. Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and process invoices promptly.
