Customer Services Assistant

Working various shift patterns, includes working some weekends. Earliest start 7am, latest finish 7pm.

Are you a team player with a passion for food and people? Do you thrive in a busy environment? If so, we are looking for someone like you to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 37 hours per week.

Please note: This role is contracted to 50 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
2. Creating attractive food and counter displays.
3. Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image.
4. Handling cash and operating the cash register.
5. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
6. Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
