Essential Qualifications: Recognized IT qualification (e.g., RSA 3, NVQ 3, ECDL) and GCSE English and Mathematics or equivalent.
Experience & Knowledge: Experience in a busy office, knowledge of office procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in meeting administration and minute-taking.
Desirable: Healthcare secretarial experience, familiarity with Trust systems (e.g., Monday.com), and involvement in service improvement initiatives.
Skills & Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, organization, initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
