Part-Time Administration Assistant at AK Teaching – Doncaster (20 hrs/week)

AK Teaching is seeking a motivated and organised Part-Time Administration Assistant to join a dynamic team in Doncaster. Working up to 20 hours per week, this role is perfect for individuals with previous experience in an administrative position, ideally within a school setting.

About the Role:

AK Teaching are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to work within one of our partner schools based in Doncaster. The role is a part time role working 2/3 days a week and is available with an immediate start. The role will initially start on a temporary basis, with an intention for the role to develop into a permanent position.

The role is a mixture of daily administration and receptionist duties, and the ideal candidate will be confident using various platforms such as Microsoft Office, and be confident with data analysis and input, as well as carrying out other administrative tasks. Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills are essential as well as having a friendly yet professional appearance and attitude.
