Job summary

Aspire People are seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a long-term primary teaching placement in Manchester and surrounding areas from November 2026 onwards. Qualifications

Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic Early Career Teachers interested in securing a longer-term primary teaching role from November 2026 onwards.

This opportunity is suited to an ECT looking to develop consistency, build relationships with pupils and staff, and gain valuable experience within a school environment.

Essential Requirements:

Candidates should be interested in a consistent placement and able to meet the school's working requirements.

Long-term opportunities will depend on school availability and suitability. Where applicable, placements should support the candidate's statutory induction arrangements.
