Job summary

Founders Forum in London seeks an Events & Ecosystems Coordinator to shape niche, community-focused events. You’ll research trends, curate agendas, manage stakeholders, and handle end-to-end delivery from concept to on-the-day execution.

The role blends entrepreneurial spirit with rigorous project management in a fast-moving tech ecosystem. Weekly remote option and hybrid office pattern underpin the flexible working culture, alongside generous benefits and a chance to influence a growing events

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in event production, community building, or content curation.
• Strong research and prioritisation skills.
• Entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to move fast in early-stage event exploration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build authentic relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats and be hands-on to bring events to life.

Responsibilities

• Community & stakeholder management: Build and nurture relationships with speakers, community members, partners, and portfolio companies.
• Research & audience development: Identify emerging tech trends and build diverse audiences beyond traditional forum calibres.
• Content strategy & curation: Design engaging, non-traditional event agendas and experiences with the Head of Ecosystems.
• New event exploration: Contribute to the lifecycle of new concepts from exploration to viable programmes.
• Relationship facilitation: Set up introductions and coordinate briefings and calls.
• Operational flexibility: Support logistics and on-the-day execution.
