3Search is seeking a Fractional Events & Community Director in London, offering hybrid work for an average of two days per week. You will shape the strategy and commercial direction of an annual programme of 40-50 events, engaging senior leaders and building valuable professional communities.

The role focuses on developing pre- and post-event engagement, crafting event concepts, and enabling consultants and directors to host impactful activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and managing an events programme.
• Demonstrable success building, managing or growing professional communities.
• Strong commercial instincts and understanding of how events generate meaningful business relationships.
• Confident engaging senior marketing, sales and business leaders as a credible relationship builder.
• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, professional services, recruitment or similar relationship-led environments.

The Fractional Events & Community Director will take ownership of the strategy behind events and communities, ensuring the right people are engaged, relationships are developed and activity creates measurable commercial value.
