Were looking for an Ecommerce Trading Executive to join our team.
You’ll work closely with teams across Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Brand & Creative.
You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional onsite experiences, from product launches and trade campaigns, to optimising navigation and improving conversion.

Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day trading and maintenance of our ecommerce platforms, ensuring the web store and app are always up to date, optimised and aligned with trade goals.
- Manage the delivery of new product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity, coordinating assets, copy and technical set-up across both platforms.
- Optimise onsite merchandising, search, and navigation to support product discoverability and drive conversion.
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to ensure personalisation strategies are reflected onsite and support retention goals.
- Partner with Digital Marketing to build and maintain high-converting campaign landing pages that support traffic-driving activity.
- Regularly review platform performance, identifying issues and working with dev or third parties to resolve bugs, speed or UX concerns.
- Report on key ecommerce metrics including conversion rate, AOV, revenue, bounce and basket abandonment, sharing insights to inform future plans.
- Ensure all visual, written and interactive content on site and app is consistent with our brand tone of voice and customer-first values.
- Keep an eye on competitor activity, platform innovations and ecommerce best practices (bringing new ideas and insights into the team).
