Job summary

Debenhams Group, based in Manchester, invites applications for an Ecommerce Trading Assistant to join the boohooMAN team. You will help manage day-to-day trading across our sites and apps, implementing promotions and optimizing the customer journey.

Reporting to the Assistant Trade Manager, you will monitor performance, collaborate with Marketing, support IT enhancements, and tailor activities to different markets. A friendly, proactive attitude and basic Excel skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Execute the website promotional plan with banners across sites and apps.

• Support IT to evolve site functionality.
• Adapt trading activity for different markets to maximise sales.
• Conduct ad-hoc market and competitor research and share with Senior Trading Executive.

Your Team

The boohooMAN team are now seeking a talented, driven Ecommerce Trading Assistant to join the team based in our Manchester office in the Northern Quarter. Reporting into the Assistant Trade Manager, you will be tasked with implementing the day to day trading activity on the boohooMAN.com websites & apps globally.

What you will be doing

• Implement the execution of the website promotional plan, setting promotional banners and content live across all sites & apps.
• Monitor web analytics and help produce reports to measure performance and make recommendations for change.
• Work closely with Marketing to support all channels activity through promotional code creation, competitions & capsule launches.
• Support IT to develop & evolve the functionality of all devices.
• Demonstrate an awareness of the different markets and adapt trading activity to maximise sales for the different customers in each market.
• Conduct ad-hoc research on competitors in the different markets and the trading conditions and send this information to the Senior Trading Executive.
