Job summary

Debenhams Group’s boohooMAN team in Manchester is seeking an Ecommerce Trading Assistant to drive day-to-day trading across websites and apps. You will implement promotional plans, monitor analytics, and collaborate with Marketing to execute campaigns and capsule launches.

You will support IT in evolving site functionality and adapt trading to multiple markets, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer journey. Join a fast-paced, high-growth ecommerce environment with real impact.

Qualifications

• Brand ambassador with strong communication and customer focus.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced ecommerce trading environment.
• Basic Excel and computer literacy required.
• Ecommerce or retail experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily trading activity on boohooMAN.com sites & apps.
• Monitor performance data and produce simple reports to guide actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support promotions, codes, and capsule launches.
• Support IT in evolving website functionality and tools.
• Adjust trading activity to suit different markets and customers.
• Conduct ad-hoc market research and share insights with the Senior Trading Executive.

Your Team

The boohooMAN team are now seeking a talented, driven Ecommerce Trading Assistant to join the team based in our Manchester office in the Northern Quarter. Reporting into the Assistant Trade Manager, you will be tasked with implementing the day to day trading activity on the boohooMAN.com websites & apps globally.

What you will be doing:

• Implement the execution of the website promotional plan, setting promotional banners and content live across all sites & apps.
• Monitor web analytics and help produce reports to measure performance and make recommendations for change.
• Work closely with Marketing to support all channels activity through promotional code creation, competitions & capsule launches.
• Support IT to develop & evolve the functionality of all devices.
• Demonstrate an awareness of the different markets and adapt trading activity to maximise sales for the different customers in each market.
• Conduct ad-hoc research on competitors in the different markets and the trading conditions and send this information to the Senior Trading Executive.
