Job summary

The Lock Group is seeking an e-commerce stylist to support high-volume shoots at LOCK Studios. You will deliver consistent, commercially driven styling aligned with brand guidelines and shoot briefs while maintaining pace and efficiency.

Collaborate with Art Directors, Wardrobe, Producers, Photographers, and Creative teams to ensure accurate, on-brand styling across multiple looks per day. A hands-on, detail-oriented role within a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Stylist within fashion retail or high-volume e-commerce production.
• Strong understanding of commercial styling and digital product presentation.
• Ability to work at pace without compromising quality.
• Confident interpreting briefs and applying brand guidelines consistently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
• Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
• Experience working within studio production environments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-brand styling across e-commerce model and product shoots.
• Work closely with Art Directors to define style guides for season.
• Maintain understanding of current trends aligning with brand aesthetic and commercial needs.
• Interpret styling briefs to ensure consistency across categories.
• Style multiple looks per day in line with shot lists and production targets.
• Ensure garments are styled with correct fit, proportion, and presentation.
• Review shoot line-ups and rails ahead of shoot days.
• Prepare samples with Wardrobe Co-ordinator and assist styling prep, including steaming and accessory selection.
• Flag product issues ahead of shoot start time and maintain an organised styling area.
• Work efficiently on set to maintain shoot pace and productivity.
• Collaborate with Photographers, Creative, and Production for smooth workflow.
• Make quick styling adjustments in response to feedback and ensure continuity across looks.
