Shoot Day Delivery
  • Review shoot line‑ups and rails in advance of shoot days.
  • Work with the Wardrobe Co‑ordinator to ensure all samples are prepared and complete.
  • Support styling preparation including steaming direction, accessory selection, and outfit building.
  • Flag any product issues (fit, damage, missing items) ahead of shoot start time.
  • Maintain an organised styling area throughout the shoot day.
  • Work efficiently on set to maintain shoot pace and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with Photographers, Creative, and Production to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Make quick, confident styling adjustments to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Respond to real‑time feedback from Creative or Client teams.
  • Ensure continuity across looks and product variations (colourways, silhouettes, collections).
  • Ensure styling enhances product sell‑through while remaining true to brand guidelines.
  • Pay close attention to detail including garment finish, symmetry, layering, and proportions.
  • Handle all samples with care to maintain quality standards.
Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of commercial styling and digital product presentation.
  • Ability to work at pace without compromising quality.
