Job summary

Fast Retailing is seeking an Ecommerce Trading Specialist to manage UK/EU Theory sites on a 12‑month maternity contract. You’ll own day‑to‑day merchandising, content, launches and promotions, optimise PLPs/PDPs and deliver data‑driven improvements, reporting KPIs with GA4 and Crazy Egg, collaborating across Ecommerce, Merchandising, Marketing and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day merchandising and optimisation of the ecommerce site
• Manage content, product placement and merchandising to maximise engagement and sales
• Optimise PLPs and PDPs to improve conversion
• Manage site navigation and customer journeys for easy discovery
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and experience
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and commercial strategy
• Coordinate product launches with Merchandising, Marketing and Creative
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM and Customer Service teams
• Produce regular reporting on ecommerce KPIs using GA4 and Crazy Egg
• Analyse performance and communicate findings to the team
