Job summary

Link Theory UK Ltd is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandiser to oversee day-to-day site merchandising for the UK and EU Theory websites from its London showroom. You will collaborate with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Marketing and CRM teams to optimise product presentation, launches and promotions, ensuring a seamless customer experience across desktop and mobile.

The role demands hands-on SFCC experience, strong analytics, and close attention to detail to drive engagement and sales in a fashion FX

Qualifications

Experience in Ecommerce Site Merchandising or Ecommerce Trading, ideally within fashion.
Strong hands-on SFCC experience.
Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, analytics and conversion optimisation, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Proactive and collaborative, with strong communication skills.
Experience with GA4, ecommerce analytics and reporting tools.
Knowledge of SEO, onsite search and content management systems.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day merchandising and optimisation of the ecommerce site.
Manage site content, product placement and merchandising to maximise engagement, conversion and sales.
Manage PLP and PDP merchandising to increase conversion.
Coordinate product launches with Merchandising, Marketing and Creative teams.
Set up and manage promotional content and banners for campaigns.
Produce regular reporting on ecommerce KPIs using GA4 and site analytics.
