lululemon Athletica Inc. is seeking a Manager, Ecommerce Experience to lead a team of specialists and drive the onsite guest experience across the EMEA region.

The role blends people management with trading analysis, strategic planning, and technology enablement to deliver commercial results. You will partner with Digital Product, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, FP&A and regional stakeholders to optimize the guest journey, support product priorities, and manage cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in an Ecommerce leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital Commerce or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading ecommerce, digital experience, or digital merchandising within retail or consumer-focused business.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Ecommerce Experience Specialists with clear direction and career growth.
• Develop and execute quarterly ecommerce experience strategies aligned with product priorities and brand campaigns.
• Lead weekly ecommerce trading cadences and analyze website performance across markets to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Digital Product teams to prioritize technology enhancements and support implementation through to launch.
• Support quarterly KPI forecasting through historical performance analysis and marketplace trends.
• Manage cross-functional projects and provide leadership updates with measurable outcomes.
• Act as a subject matter expert on ecommerce platforms, merchandising, onsite search, and personalization tools.
