Job summary

Stackline, the first full-funnel connected commerce platform, is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategy & Ecommerce Insights in London. You will own a portfolio of brands, drive growth, and deliver data-driven insights using our tools to optimize performance.

In this hybrid role (4 days in the office, Downtown London), you’ll lead client relationships, develop media and sales strategies, conduct market analyses, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders across organizations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant account management experience in e-commerce.
• 4+ years using Microsoft Excel to analyze data, draw insights, and present findings.
• Demonstrated clean and concise written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid search development, budget pacing, and KPI optimization.
• Build relationships with contacts at consumer brands across departments.
• Develop strategies to enhance online sales growth for brand portfolio.
• Lead regular client calls and prioritize projects for timely delivery.
• Leverage Stackline tools to drive data-driven decisions.
• Conduct market, category, and competitor analysis and report findings.
• Create growth and media plans and monitor results.
